Moving Meditation
Moving Meditation, or meditation through motion, is a set of easy-to-learn exercises that can be practiced almost anywhere and at any time. Moving Meditation after Sitting Meditation activates Qi and circulates blood. It adjusts and balances Qi channels so that the blockage in the Qi channels, caused by sitting for a long time, will be eliminated. Additionally, it is an effective way of cultivating wisdom in movements. Mindfulness and awareness are nowhere but in the present.
